These Sale Terms & Conditions (“Sale Terms”) govern the purchase of products (“Products”) from SedMed Inc. (“we” or “us”) through sed-med.com (“Website”).

  1. AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

By making a purchase, you agree to our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference and available at sed-med.com. These Sale Terms supplement the Terms of Service and together they govern the purchase of Products.

  1. REGISTRATION

When making a purchase, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your email, shipping address, and payment/billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated.   1. PAYMENT

You will be charged the full price of the Products at the time of purchase.

  1. PRICE CHANGES

If the price of the Products changes after you have made your purchase, we will not issue refunds for the difference. If the price of the Products decreases after your purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

  1. SHIPPING

The expected shipping date of the Products will be clearly noted at the time of checkout, subject to reasonable delays in processing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and we do not guarantee that we will be able to ship the Products by the estimated date. If we are unable to commence shipping the Products within a reasonable time frame, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund by contacting hello@sed-med.com. We will provide you with updates regarding the status of your order.


  1. CANCELLATION / REFUND

You may cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase and receive a full refund by contacting hello@sed-med.com. After 1 day (24 hours), you may not cancel your order and receive a refund except as otherwise set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason; in the event of such cancellation by us, we will provide a full refund to you.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

The data collected from you in connection with a purchase will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available on our website.

  1. CHANGES TO SALE TERMS

We reserve the right to change any of the terms for any reason. We will provide you with notice of any material changes; upon receipt of a notice from us concerning a material change to the Sale Terms, you shall have thirty days to cancel your order and receive a full refund by contacting hello@sed-med.com.
